Looks familiar? Yep, that cute ball is called a kokedama, and J2 Terrarium is offering to teach you how to make it!
Literally, kokedama translates to ‘moss ball’. This is because kokedama is a living plant sculpture, where the roots of the plant are wrapped by a ball of soil. This art workshop for kids covers how to shape and wrap the roots properly, as well as basic plant care for your little one’s new friend.
This workshop is suitable for children of all ages and developmental levels. Children under 6 years old should be accompanied by a parent, but those above 6 years old are in the good hands of the patient and caring instructors at J2 Terrarium!

Return To Tradition With H&C Chinese Art Center!
Check out those elegant sweeping brushstrokes! H&C Chinese Art Center is one of the few art centres in Singapore dedicated solely to Chinese Arts. Their Children Ink Painting course, in particular, is a friendly starter art workshop for kids that introduces children to the basic techniques of Chinese ink painting.

Pendulum Pandemonium At Motion Art Space!
The famous artist Jackson Pollock used a kinetic approach to make art. Basically, he would paint using a ‘drip technique’ by splashing liquid household paint over his canvases. Alternatively, he would use marbles or even just flick his paintbrush over his canvases to create truly stunning artworks!

Why Should I Send My Kid For An Art Workshop?
